New Graduate Orientation Program

At Take Care, we ensure that you have everything you need to succeed by providing you with a comprehensive orientation program where you will be mentored and trained for 6-10 weeks with an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner. This program is designed to allow you the opportunity to start self-study online courses while working through the credentialing process at Take Care Health, and also provides you with the time and training needed to transition to your new role smoothly while slowing gaining more autonomy.

Preceptor/Clinical Rotation Program
