Job description:

Position

Responsible for creating a positive patient experience through patient acknowledgement and assistance in Take Care Health Clinics for temporary, short term special projects .

Position Essential Functions :

Ensure our patients feel welcome and valued while they receive care from our Nurse Practitioners
Provide information on our services
Set wait time expectations for flu shot patients and sick patients
Take phone contact information for sick visits, contact patient via phone to confirm approximate time Provider is available for sick visit
Assist with registration
Generally create a positive and calming experience to people waiting to receive the Flu Vaccination
Maintains a clean and welcoming appearance of the Take Care Health Clinic, assists in daily cleaning activities
Performs other duties as determined by the Clinic Coordinator or Market Manager

Position Qualifications:

Reliable, responsible and can take directions easily to greet patients
Excellent people skills,
An outgoing and friendly personality,
Professional appearance
Willingness to help others receive outstanding healthcare services within our retail clinic.
