Medical Director

The company combines best practices in healthcare and the expertise and personal care of our trusted community of providers to deliver access to high-quality, affordable and convenient healthcare to all individuals. We operate on-site employee health centers, pharmacies and fitness centers for many of the country’s largest corporations and federal agencies.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Medical Director for our site in Chillicothe, OH. This position is 80% clinical and 20% administrative. Work hours are regular business hours, Monday-Friday.

Our Physicians work in a team-based environment and serve as clinical leaders who focus on caring for patients, while administrative and management staff handle all non-clinical issues. Our health centers provide holistic care exclusively for the employees and dependents of our clients. Physician responsibilities include: serving as a “trusted clinician” helping patients better manage their own health, and providing primary and preventive care, as well as acute and chronic care. This position allows you to work in a patient-centric environment utilizing best practices both clinically and technologically. Partnering with site and support colleagues to develop and drive value added programs, the selected Physician will also participate in our national medical advisory board.

Requirements

Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
At least 5 years experience as supervising physician
Strong leadership skills
