Job description:

The right candidate must utilize consultative sales skills to influence the decision making process with prospective clients. In addition, a demonstrated track record of partnering with consulting firms, driving customer profitability and working with a sales support system to meet the needs of all the constituents in the sales process is vital.

Position Essential Functions:

• Generate new sales opportunities, within a defined region, through cold-calling, industry and consultant networking, client referrals and responding to inbound sales inquiries.

• Develop and present compelling business cases to senior executives of target companies; consultatively identify and confirm the issues and problems that clients are facing and construct a unique, compelling value proposition that is ROI/performance-based for each client that solves their pain and is based upon Take Care’s unique competitive advantages and core competencies.

• Manage and prioritize all opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process

• Strategize with the VP, Sales regarding effective selling approaches and forecasting potential growth opportunities.

• Establish and maintain effective business relationships, within a defined region, with Principals, Practice Leaders and decision makers of target consulting firms.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop proposals/information. Conduct strategic planning session with all internal constituents.

• Function as point of contact facilitating completion of tasks associated with RFP/Sales opportunity, site meetings, presentations etc. with prospective clients.

• Ensure transition of client to implementation and account management teams.

• Attend key industry conferences with assigned accounts as needed

Provide health and productivity industry updates and other relevant news to clients as the information becomes available.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred

• Minimum 8+ years, in the healthcare industry or “business to business” service industry

• Proven track record in complex sales

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated experience with formal presentations

• Demonstrated ability to work independently

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects

• Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations

• Demonstrated analytical abilities

• Experience with budgets, financial reports and utilization summaries and client reporting packages

• Professional appearance and stature

• Regular travel required
