With our continued growth, we are seeking to fill a Director of Site Operations position at our employer health center at the corporate headquarters of Microsoft Corporation, located in Redmond, WA!
This position will, in a collaborative team environment, provide expert operational support in delivery of exceptional patient-focused care utilizing clinical best practices while empowering individuals to make lifestyle changes necessary for the best possible health. This patient focused facility offers a full complement of services with easy access for patient convenience.
Summary:
Oversees and directs the operations management of employer worksite across all lines of service while functioning as the primary contact for the client on all operational matters.
Responsibilities include:
Leadership
- Oversees the management of this large single account relationship and is accountable for outcomes.
- Responsible for ensuring a proactive relationship with the client through open communication and effective problem solving.
- Manages and supports health center manager in the areas of hiring, staff development and the management of site’s performance.
- Provides effective coaching, feedback and developmental action plans to the health center leadership
- Accountable for health center administration (staffing, schedule structure, etc)
Coordination
- Solves problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions
Operational Excellence
- Responsible for the creation and monitoring of site budget.
- Accountable for P&L performance of worksite
- Implements processes identified to improve the overall performance of individual site, overall customer service issues and drives efficiency
- Provides reports on a (monthly/quarterly/ad hoc) basis with commentary outlining reasons for variance in data (productivity, service, etc.); develops and carries out an action plan for improvement
- Identifies measurable performance standards to improve site performance
- Reviews staffing model and recommends optional solutions to Sr DSO; prepares for presentation/discussion with client
- Functions as primary client leadership contact for problem resolution
- Works closely with Account Manager to identify opportunities for expansion of new or existing service offerings
- Participates in client and/or site meetings, committees and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals
- Understands the site’s challenges and productively facilitates communication and involvement of other functional areas (HR, IT, etc.)
Other
· Consults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations,
practice acts, practice law, certification requirements, etc.
· May be asked to complete ad hoc projects
